These terms apply to this website only. They are not the terms on which our applications are supplied. Each application has its own terms, which you accept when you download or use it, and which prevail over this page in relation to that application.

You may read, browse and print pages from this website for your own use. You must not:

09Our applications
Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. When you obtain an application from one of those stores, your purchase, billing, subscription management, cancellation and refunds are handled by the store operator under that operator's own terms — not by us. Requests for a refund should be made to the store you purchased from.
Each application's own terms and privacy policy are made available from its store listing and from within the application.
10Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the part of the UK in which you live, and you keep the benefit of any mandatory protections of the law there.

We may revise these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Your continued use of the website after a change means you accept the revised terms.
